Modern Folklore Press is an independent publisher. As our logo illustrates, we publish literature exploring what lies beyond or between all points of a compass. Our goal is to bring fine reading experiences from the uncommon path, to allow readers to rediscover what has been discarded or excluded from the mainstream. We do this via original books and through our imprint: Colby Editions, which re-examines and recovers works of poetry and prose.
